The Data Analytics team at Imprint is dedicated to building a robust data foundation that drives smarter decision-making across the organization. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining Imprint’s data infrastructure, which includes not only the data warehouse and data pipelines but also comprehensive analytics systems that support both daily operations and strategic initiatives. We enable accessible, high-quality data to fuel insights into customer behavior, prioritize initiatives for maximum impact, and scientifically test new features and processes. Leveraging these actionable insights, the team plays a crucial role in guiding Imprint's growth and profitability, empowering cross-functional teams to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
Your Day-to-Day
Serve as key contributor to executive level and external partner reporting solutions by not only identifying and defining key metrics but also visualizing and distributing via the most effective platform
Work closely with engineering, risk, growth, and product to understand and define business logic in order to build data sets and/or dashboards to track key business metrics
Work with Data Engineers to translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used across the company, as well as serve as sounding board for potential data issues
Create documentation for both internal and external partners to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business definitions
Maintain and update existing dashboards and scripts as well as create new ones to support various processes
Analyze and visualize large scale data to present the findings and opportunities, and output solid analysis reports with recommendations
We Are Looking For Folks With
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics or related field
Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in SQL including performance tuning (Snowflake is preferred)
2+ years of experience working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker, etc.)
2+ years of experience in utilizing data for analytical projects and to drive data insights
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams
Bonus Points
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics or related field
Experience with Python and Pyspark programming
Experience with GitHub
Experience in banking, financial services, or a fintech
