Job Description

Class A drivers with at least one-year OTR in the last five years (with 6 months being flatbed with coils) get home weekends, bring a rider and your dog. Average annual pay is $78-$88K (for the very top drivers). Also $5000 sign on bonus and great benefits

40-50% is tarped. Drivers must have experience hauling coils. 

Also, there is absolutely no Forced Dispatch. 

Summary

•Drivers earn 27% of the load pay and the average driver that goes home weekends will earn $1500-$1600; while drivers who run OTR and stay out will make more. 

•To put it simply, you run Monday -Friday, are home weekends and you average $78-$83K/Yr all the while you can have a rider and a dog from day one. 

•THERE IS ABSOUTELY NO FORCED DISPATCH. 

•Drivers from everywhere but FL south of Panhandle and S TX (who are out 2-3 weeks) are home every weekend. Drivers get in Friday night (occasionally Saturday AM) and go back out Monday)

•This is a 48-state operation so drivers that are willing to stay out and run OTR will make more money. However, almost all drivers stay within a 5-state radius of their home state. 

•The trucks are newer model Freightliner Cascadia’s and KW 680. Drivers can take truck and trailer but must park both together. If drivers doesn’t have space, the company will assist in finding one or driver can park at truck stop. 

•Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, PTO, and 401K with matching available after just 30 days.

Requirements:

•Experience: Must have one year of verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years, with at least 6 months dedicated to flatbed hauling, specifically involving steel and pipes.

•Clean Record: No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years, DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; no more than three moving violations in the last three years and only one can be major moving violation. 

•Stability: While we consider candidates with multiple job changes, those with more than 6 jobs in the last three years are ineligible for the sign-on bonus.

•Safety First: Cannot be terminated from your last job for any safety violation.

•Travel Covered: We'll cover your travel expenses, including airfare, rental car or mileage reimbursement, solo hotel room, and meals.
