Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as required.
• Generate reports and extract information as needed.
• Communicate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
