Job Description:

Oversees the day to day operations of restaurants within the 101 Hospitality Group. Holding management team accountable for systems and standards within 101 Hospitality.

• Development and accountability of Standard Operating Procedures
• Preparing budgets and forecasting in coordination with company CPA/Controller
• Analysis of P&L statements as a corporate entity as well as within individual concepts and/or units. Identifying areas of opportunity to inspire operating within the parameters of budgets. Managing financial accountability for managers relation to individual units.
• Oversight of employee documentation and standards, including Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and additional training documents
• Strategize based on customer demographics and other outside forces.
• Maintain positive Investor Relations in the areas of hospitality, communication about current projects, financial statements
• Building relationships with all team members of 101 Hospitality and being able to make decisions for the restaurant, staff, and guests with integrity
• Highlight Team Development as it relates to personal growth and success of their teams. Provides a clear path for growth within the company
• Conducting periodic performance evaluations for management team
• Attendance of weekly manager meetings for each concept
• Support and mentorship for manager driven initiatives
• Exemplifies and maintains high levels of company culture
• Oversight of profitability

Qualifications

• Strong Experience in fine dining restaurant service operations
• Highly Organized
• High level of daily communication across many teams
• Exceptional Understanding of Hospitality
• Confidence and knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Strong, honest and communicative leader
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and implement solutions
