Job Description

Responsibilities:

***This role has the ability to be based out of Rosemont, IL or any city in the USA that is nearby one of our Distribution Centers and an airport due to the 50% travel expectation***

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Provides US wide corporate leadership for quality to our partners and develops the processes and practices to ensure customer and company brand protection with a set quality strategy aligned to our customers

  • Develop the processes and practices to ensure customer and company Brand Protection, related to Food Safety, Quality and Integrity are met

  • Ensure the Quality strategy is set and aligned to our customer, while continually driving the agenda of progress

  • Define and in conjunction with US leadership, create the quality team structure for the US business

  • Develop and lead a continuous program of joint initiatives with the supply base and customer that drives the Quality strategy of Martin Brower and adds to the Quality culture and collaborative working within the business

  • Represent the company on all major customer Quality forums and lead cross- business improvement projects to drive the Quality agenda

  • Travel up to 50% of the time

  • Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s Degree
