You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing expert advice on health insurance options. Responsibilities:
Connect with potential clients via phone, email, or online chat to discuss available health insurance options and plans.
Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' healthcare needs and budget considerations.
Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment forms accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay informed on the latest health insurance policies, plans, and industry trends to offer reliable and up-to-date information.
Address client questions and concerns, providing solutions and support throughout the entire policy lifecycle.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and sales skills.
Achieve individual and team goals for enrollment, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all compliance standards and company policies.
