Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

• Review and maintain inventories by cycle counting and assisting in corrective actions
• Receiving to include inbound maintenance parts and deliveries
• Enter receiving data for packing, ingredients and parts 
• Forecast future needs
• Establish minimum inventory requirements of each item by working closely with manager and production planner
• Replenish inventories by working hand in hand with SAP Requisitioner
• Assist in resolving inventory issues related to shipped finished goods 
• Ability to work overtime as necessary

• Computer literate and data entry

•Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with great accuracy
• Microsoft office/excel spreadsheets
• Good communication skills
• SAP knowledge a plus

  • Complex and fast paced
  • Office environment and food manufacturing operations
  • Approximately 15% office work, 85% in inventory supply areas
