Title: Maintenance Manager
Location:  Goodyear, AZ

Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role aims to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency through effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports on equipment performance and maintenance history.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and methodologies, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Packaging/Containers/ Food Manufacturing experience is a bonus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
