We are seeking a talented and experienced Middle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet our business requirements. If you are well-versed in Dynamics 365 customization, have a strong background in .NET C#, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to .

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM using Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript
• Develop and maintain code in .NET C# and understand Microsoft SQL Server fundamentals
• Manage Dynamics 365 solutions using Azure DevOps or Git for code repositories
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using Web APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Ensure the quality and consistency of configurations and customizations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM updates and practices
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and project success

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations including Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript
• Competency in .NET C# coding
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server basics
• Experience using Solutions, Azure DevOps, or Git for code repositories
• Skills in integrating Dynamics with third-party systems via Web APIs
• Strong analytical, design, and communication skills
• Background in using Power Automate for automation processes
• Flexibility to adapt and shift focus between different tasks and projects

Nice to have

• Experience with Canvas Apps and Custom Pages
• Familiarity with PCF Controls
• Knowledge of Azure functions
• Understanding of Azure App Insights
• Qualifications in working with Power BI
