Job DescriptionPrepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes to middle school students utilizing the MYP frameworkMark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development Research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new curriculum materialsPrepare pupils for external examinationsManage pupil behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviorUndertake pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of homeroom teacher, and supporting pupils on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties Job requirementsMore than two years of relevant experiencePostgraduate Degree in Education or related teaching experienceA teaching license recognized by home country’s education ministryFamiliar with the IB MYP curriculumExcellent communications skills Salary and benefitsMonthly Salary of 30,000 to 35,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualificationsMedical health insurancePublic holidaysFully paid Summer and Winter holidaysFree tuition for dependent children
