Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Owner to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage significant product initiatives.

• This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Core Requirements:

• Understand, articulate, and execute product vision and roadmap

• Manage significant product initiatives with strong product management skills and technical knowledge

• Actively manage the team backlog, implementation planning, and operational readiness

• Adapt in a fast-paced, Agile SAFe scrum environment

• Elicit and analyze requirements, manage multiple concurrent tasks

• Translate technical changes to business value and communicate to various stakeholders

• Be a competent self-starter with the ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritize work, and communicate with various stakeholders
  Coordinate with application users and stakeholders (including other POs) to understand business problems, requirements, and goals

• Work with value stream architects and technical SMEs to develop solutions that meet business needs

• Define user stories, continuously groom them, and prioritize the team backlog based on business priorities

• Create and maintain high-quality requirement artifacts (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using tools like Rally, Visio, Lucidchart

• Possess good analytical skills to understand data integration points and process workflows end-to-end

• Manage and analyze business requirements, prioritize during changes and conflicts

• Coordinate with various stakeholders (business owners, end users) and technical teams for feature delivery

• Conduct end-to-end impact analysis, design reviews, and test case reviews to ensure business vision, goals, and requirements are met

• Have the ability to easily understand and converse on cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant product work experience as a Product Owner supporting scrum teams in a SAFE Agile environment

• CSPO / SAFe Agilist / SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certified

• Experience as a technical Product Owner

• Experience with enterprise integration and cloud implementations

• Experience with clinical healthcare/pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Cloud

• Strong and independent contributor able to lead and coordinate with other team members
