Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Invoice/Refund Record Agent at the entry level to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records of invoices and refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and record incoming invoices and refund requests accurately and efficiently.
- Verify that all invoices and refunds comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies between invoices and payments.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice-related issues.
- Respond to inquiries related to invoices and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in generating reports related to invoices and refunds as needed.
- Stay updated on company policies and relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in invoicing processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
