Job Description

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Director of Operations in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Director of Operations should be a dynamic leader capable of setting sales targets, fostering a supportive environment, maintaining high customer service standards, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards strategic success.

Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California.

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Restaurant District Manager within our organization.
  • Setting sales targets and maximizing sales.
  • Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team.
  • Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards.
  • Overseeing staff training and development.
  • The position entails acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines.
  • Desired qualities include fantastic leadership skills to inspire and motivate individuals effectively.
  • Essential abilities involve leading, developing teams, and strategic thinking.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary : up to $130,000.
  • Bonus Potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager.
  • Must have background overseeing 3-5 restaurants.
  • Because this is an airport position, the ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required in order to be considered for this position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Restaurant Director of Operations must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.).
