Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephone triage services to patients, offering guidance and care recommendations
Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Department (ED), call center, or provider office triage settings
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent computer and communication skills
A quick thinker who thrives in a challenging, high-energy setting
Compact nursing licenses encouraged (additional state licenses may be required)
