POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible primarily for coordinating and executing the baking season for the Global Culinary Kitchen division. This position supports a portfolio of projects with the goal of cost savings, revenue growth, supply chain efficiencies, customer service level improvements, finished good transitions and waste mitigation. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Coordination:
- Supply Chain point of contact for Project Bolt, Casper and Opus for down-stream cross-functional partners across our network including our factories and corporate locations across the US.
- Functional support for other Supply Chain team members supporting Project Bolt, Jolt, Opus and Casper.
- Project Bolt:
- Manage direct ship truckloads, coordinating efforts across our ambient supply network spanning all continental US time zones and geographies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (GCK Leadership Team, Supply Chain Leadership Team, T&P Leadership Team, and Sales Leadership Team) to hit order execution and savings efficiency goals.
- Project Casper:
- Manage supply chain coordination on a new and developing channel for direct to consumer commercial opportunity, including risk mitigation on waste
- Project Opus:
- Assist in managing case UPC transition on short shelf-life portfolio by balancing phased production timelines with customer activation and execution.
- Balance service and waste
- Project Jolt:
- Provide key learnings from Bolt playbook and assist in order management execution as needed.
- Escalate issues to appropriate functional or divisional leadership.
- Clear and concise communication across stakeholders, providing transparency to milestones, key dates, and savings.
- Assist with ad hoc scenario planning, reporting, and hypercare within “execution” scope.
Operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot day-to-day supply chain issues impacting ability to execute at optimal cost.
- Report scope, status, and impact of significant or highly visible issues to appropriate levels and/or stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, T&P, and shared services to drive efficient decision making for any ad hoc issues or escalations
- Coordinate pipeline and ramp down of seasonal sell window to maximize service and minimize waste of LTO inventory.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: - Undergraduate degree required
EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles with progressively increasing responsibility such as: Supply Planner, Demand Planner, Inventory Deployer, Production Planner
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data.
- Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment.
- Takes the initiative to accomplish objectives and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to inspire and guide others toward goal achievement.
- Strong computer skills with focuses on mathematical modeling and/or database building and maintenance (including Microsoft Office)
SKILLS: - Detail oriented self-starter with strong data analytics background
- Thrives in ambiguity, quick to pivot in dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, indirect influence and stakeholder management across all levels of organization
