Role: Technical Lead - Splunk Admin SME
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Initially Remote)

Yrs. of experience: 10+ Yrs.

Mode of employment: Full-Time

Job Description:

• 4-6 years of experience designing, implementing and administering Splunk, Syslog-NG, AppDynamics and related monitoring tools.
• 4-6 years of experience designing, implementing metrics, alerts, and dashboard in Splunk.
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile delivery space.
• Hands on experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, etc.
• Hands on experience with consuming and automating APIs for purposes of integration and configuration.
• Depth of experience with data engineering with Splunk for both ingestion and extraction.
• Experience maintaining Splunk and its underlying infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems, services, daemons, containers and VMs.
• Experience troubleshooting and identifying root cause issues.
• Excellent customer facing skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$110,000] to [$120,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
