Our client, a leading financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 " Best Company to Work For " for the past 9 years, is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida title insurance sales team in Coral Springs . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a well-established company while developing strong client relationships in the title insurance industry.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required .
  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience in the residential Title/ Real estate industry .
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel within assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets .
  • Experience using sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce ) and leveraging social media for business development .
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively develop new business opportunities .
  • Well-versed in networking .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
  • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing customers.
  • Research and compile targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
  • Execute a strategic outreach plan through cold calling , in-person meetings , and virtual presentations to potential clients , including real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Attend title insurance, finance,  and real estate industry events and networking functions to maintain visibility in the market and stay informed on industry trends .
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Communicate proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
