SUMMARY:
FUNCTION: To safely and efficiently manufacture products strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures and company policies.
SCOPE: Responsible for executing established procedures for blending, formulating, and filling containers. Additional responsibilities included inventory control, maintenance for equipment, housekeeping activities, and a strong focus on chemical safety and hazardous waste management.

The essential functions of this position require prioritizing and completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adjusting for changing priorities and availability of resources, and demonstrating initiative in identifying additional job-related tasks to be completed when time permits. The amount of time performing each function may vary day-to-day. All duties shall be performed in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with the company policies and under the direct supervision of a designated supervisor.
SUPERVISION:
Receives: General supervision given by Assistant Manager and above. Completed work is periodically reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
There is a potential for exposure to hazardous conditions and/or materials. This position requires employee to remain alert and observe surrounding areas and conditions to identify, recognize, and respond to potential obstacles, safety concerns, hazards, threats, property conditions requiring attention, unauthorized and/or dangerous persons, and emergencies. This position primarily works indoors or outdoors, in temperatures ranging from hot to cold, and in lighting that can be dim or bright. Performing work in a manufacturing environment can be physically demanding, with hazardous chemicals, gases, hot equipment, and liquids. May be exposed to distracting or uncomfortable sounds and noise levels. May occasionally work in high places, in a vehicle or equipment that is open, or in cramped workspaces.
Operator must be capable of performing duties while wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and/or goggles, and other personal protective equipment that may include clean room apparel. Will involve strenuous activities such as walking, bending, lifting, and moving of material; must demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at chest height.
