Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a structured environment? We're looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our team! This on-site role is perfect for someone with strong data entry skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

What You'll Do:
✅ Scan and organize documents efficiently
✅ Open, sort, and process incoming mail
✅ Communicate with internal and external contacts as needed
✅ Utilize 10-key data entry for accurate input
✅ Work with Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Experience with 10-key data entry
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a must!)
✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Excellent organizational and communication skills
