Fire Protection System Engineer job at tsmc(T) China, US

Job Description

Manage and collaborate effectively with outsourcing contractors to ensure that daily operation job assignments are successfully executed within established timelines and quality standards.
Foster continuous improvement of professional capabilities and skills of outsourcing engineers and members within the organization through training and development initiatives.
Foster cross-functional communication and problem-solving to facilitate streamlined processes and optimal outcomes.
Oversee the maintenance and management of fire protection and fire alarm systems, ensuring their stability and reliability to safeguard personnel and property.
Manage the expansion and modification of fire protection-related construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Enhance the system's ability in all aspects, including fire risk management, by coordinating maintenance activities with contractor members.
Participate in or lead cross-sectional/function projects aimed at managing and mitigating fire risks in a highly technical environment, ensuring optimal results and successful project completion.
