The "New" Springhill Suites by Marriott Eau Claire is hosting a job fair on Tuesday, January 28th from 3 pm to 7 pm at The Lismore, 333 Gibson St, Eau Claire, WI 54703. Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay

Qualifications:

Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required

The property is located 1.6 miles from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, 23 miles from the Colfax Railroad Museum, and 24 miles from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
