As a Product Owner for the Campaign Product at Cequens, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our campaign management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance user engagement and drive effective communication campaigns. Your expertise in product management, combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and customer engagement strategies, will be crucial in evolving our product to meet and exceed market needs.
Key Roles and Responsibiities:
Define the product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities for the Campaign Product.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and engineering teams, to prioritize and deliver product features that align with business goals.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Create and manage the product backlog, and continuously prioritize based on changing requirements.
Oversee the development stages and act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Provide detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Advocate for the customer by building impactful, personal customer relationships to ensure that our product is aligned with their needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management.
Strong experience in digital marketing or campaign management tools.
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
