Role Overview:

As an Events Travel Planner, you will embark on a journey to curate exceptional travel experiences and coordinate flawless events for your clients.

Operating within a remote/home-based capacity, you will have the flexibility to leverage your organizational prowess and creativity to craft tailor-made itineraries and execute unforgettable events, all while enjoying the comforts of your own workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Client Consultation and Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their unique preferences, needs, and budgetary considerations. Foster strong client relationships through attentive communication and personalized service
  • Customized Itinerary Design: Utilize your keen eye for detail and destination expertise to craft bespoke travel itineraries that exceed client expectations. From luxury accommodation to exclusive excursions, your creativity will know no bounds
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate all logistical elements of travel and event planning, including transportation, accommodation, venue selection, and activity scheduling. Ensure seamless execution from inception to completion
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with a network of trusted vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates and exceptional services. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to uphold our commitment to excellence
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop comprehensive budgets tailored to each client's needs. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial transparency throughout the planning process
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Solicit feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Leverage insights to enhance future offerings and continuously raise the bar for excellence

     
Qualifications:

 
  • Previous experience in event planning, travel coordination, or hospitality management is advantageous but not required
  • Must be 18+ Years of age or older
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
  • Passion for travel, culture, and creating memorable experiences
